IN THIS SECTION WE ARE TRYING TO SHOW DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF

OUR WORK THAT WE UNDERTAKE ON A REGULAR BASIS

HERE IS A CARAVAN WITH DAMP TO THE FRONT THREE WINDOWS 

WE INSPECTED THE CARAVAN AT AN ANNUAL SERVICE AND DISCOVERED HIGH DAMP READINGS HENCE FURTHER INVESTIGATION SHOWED THE WINDOW RUBBERS AND TOP BAR WERE LEAKING 

THE FOLLOWING PHOTOS SHOW THE PROCESS FROM REMOVAL OF INTERNAL TRIMS AND RUBBERS, REMOVAL OF ALL THREE WINDOWS, AND REINSTATEMENT OF ALL THE ABOVE

THIS WAS A 2005 CARAVAN  SO THINK AGAIN IF YOU THINK YOU HAVEN'T GOT DAMP!!!!! 

    

THIS NEXT CARAVAN HAD SUFFERED AN ACCIDENT WITH SIDE AND MAIN FRONT PANEL  DAMAGE

WE STARTED BY REMOVING THE FRONT THREE WINDOWS, ALONG WITH THE FRONT THREE WINDOW RUBBERS.

WE WE THEN ABLE TO REMOVE THE FRONT PANEL, AND REFABRICATE THE BOTTOM GAS SHELF AS THIS WAS AN OBSOLETE PART.

UPON REMOVAL OF FRONT PANEL WE FOUND ROTTEN FRONT MEMBERS WHICH WERE REPLACED.

WE  HAVE REPAIRED FRONT AND REAR PANELS LIKE THIS ONE AND OFTEN IN A WORSE CONDITION THAN THIS. 

WE THEN CARRIED OUT A SPECIALISED REPAIR TO O/S FRONT BY ALUMINIUM RAIL, DECALS WERE A PROBLEM AS THEY WERE AGAIN OBSOLETE BUT THANKFULLY DUE TO OUR LARGE STOCKS WE HAD THEM IN  STOCK

AT OUR WORKSHOP WE CATER FOR ALL ASPECTS OF CARAVAN AND MOTORCARAVANING WORKS, THIS ONE BEING A VERY SMALL ELECTRICAL JOB.

WE WERE ASKED TO SUPPLY AND FIT :-

1 MAINS INLET

AND 1 MAINS OUTLET  

WITH A TEST CERTIFICATE

AS THIS WAS ONLY A DAY VAN WITH VERY LIMITED SPACE AND FACILITIES THE REQUEST WAS 'SIMPLE'!

NOT MUCH TO SEE BUT FOLLOW THE PHOTOS 

SO REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU REQUIRE WE

WE CARRY OUT PLASTIC WELDING,TO ALL SORTS OF PANELS AND AREAS

WITH A SPECIALISED REPAIR IT CUTS THE COST OF NEW PANELS,AND WHERE PANELS ARE OBSOLETE REPAIRS LIKE THIS ARE CARRIED OUT AND THEN COLOUR MATCHED.

WE CARRY OUT THESE REPAIRS ON ALL MOTORHOMES PRIVATE CLAIMS,AND IF ITS AN INSURANCE CLAIM, WE CAN DEAL WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FROM THE START.

     

THE PROCEDURE FOR INSURANCE WORK IS :

1) WE WILL INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE AND GET A QUOTE DRAWN UP, TAKE YOUR DETAILS ALONG WITH DETAILS OF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, IE CLAIM NO, POLICY NO, ETC.

2) WE THEN DO A DETAILED REPORT ON DAMAGE, TO BE SENT TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

3) A INDEPENDANT INSPECTER MAY INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE,THESE CAN COME AT ANY TIME AND AS WE ARE OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK IT SAVES YOU WAITING IN IF THE VEHICLE IS LEFT WITH US.

4) ONCE TERMS ARE AGREED WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, WORK WILL START AND ANY PARTS WE DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE WILL BE ORDERED.

5) YOU WILL BE ADVISED ON WAITING TIME AND ANY OTHER ASPECTS OF THE JOB

6) ONCE THE WORK IS COMPLETED, YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR VEHICLE (DELIVERY CAN BE ARRANGED), PAY ANY EXCESS AND FINALLY SIGN A SATISFACTION NOTE.

THIS SOUNDS VERY COMPLICATED HOWEVER ONCE WE TAKE OVER REPAIRS ALL THE HARD WORK IS DONE AS WE DEAL WITH EVERYTHING FOR YOU.
